Neural Vision is a technology company focused on vision and data analysis solutions based on rapidly improving machine learning technologies. Our solutions developed specifically for flexoprinting houses and aimed to significantly improve quality control, managment and cost savings.

Currently we actively developing quality controls
Autonomous system for detecting unprinted areas during the slitting stage in the technological cycle of flexographic production.

Axon produce real time quality control and prevents the inclusion of unprinted areas into finished flexible packaging. The system is based on technical vision using machine learning, which learns on a constantly evolving set of data obtained during the production cycle.
Is a uniq software and hardware complex that provides autonomous identification of production cycles of the company in real time based on telemetry received from cameras and sensors installed on the client's production equipment.
Statistical data analysis for MIS systems which predicts potential problems during the production cycle.
Implemented system sygnificantly improved our production quality. After couple months of operation multiple cases of claims were prevented. Improvement of our clients satisfaction index is a great indicator of impact of Axon system.
