Axon produce quality control in real time and prevents the inclusion of unprinted areas into finished flexible packaging. The system is based on technical vision using machine learning, which learns on a constantly evolving set of data obtained during the production cycle.
This approach allows for continuous improvement of the stability and accuracy of the system, which already surpasses the machine operators in terms of quality control. Also, due to the iterative process of machine learning model training, over time new installations will be performed as a plug & play solution.
